Here we go again ! For their birthday bash, the Locomotive’s staff, as they were big fans of him, made themselves a favour and had invited Ian Mc Culloch and his band the 'prodigal sons' to perform. At the beginning I was very excited but I had to confess that Mac was far from being good tonight. He seemed to be a little off his head (drunk?) and the sound was a real mess, the whole was far from the set I had seen in Liverpool. Moreover 95% of the crowd was here for the club bash and didn’t care of what was happening on the stage. I was moody. It didn’t take long for the snob gig goers to turn their back on Mac and repeat again again ‘He’s crap, isn’t it?” Rrrrrr!
Here we go again! Pour leur soirée anniversaire, le staff de la loco s'est fait un petit plaisir en invitant Mc Culloch et son nouveau groupe "the prodigal sons". Au début j'étais tout excité, mais je dois avouer que Mac était assez loin de ce qu'on peut appeler une bonne performance, ce soir. Un peu grisé, semble t il, avec un son approximatif, la prestation est à des années lumières de ce que j'ai pu voir à Liverpool, d'autant plus que 95% du public est venu pour la soirée et se fout de ce qui se passe sur scène. Autant dire que l'ambiance était tristoune. Dommage, car il n'en faut pas plus pour la faune de snobs qui traînent dans les concerts, pour tracer définitivement une croix sur Mac en égrenant à qui veut l'entendre "c'est mauvais, hein?". Rrrrrrr!
