What could I say? The soucoupes violentes were a french group and that's all they could claim for themselves. That's already a lot. Their set was not really sixties nor really alternative but truelly dull, grey and boring as for the following band, the Lolitas. The drummer was a girl and she was the singer (a gimmick?). It was only the nuclear energy of the Wampas' singer that set the crowd on the move. As usual the gig was crazy. In front of me a guy bumped into a punk girl. Pissed off she pulled a knife and didn't stop to stick it in the floor of the scene during the whole gig (?).
Que dire? Les soucoupes violentes sont un groupe français et n'ont sans doute que ça à revendiquer et c'est déjà beaucoup. Un set pas vraiment sixties, pas vraiment alternatif, incolore, fade et lassant. Rebelotte pour le rock basic des Lolitas. Bien chiant malgré une batteuse qui assure le chant (un gadget?)...ce n'est qu'avec l'énergie atomique dégagée par le chanteur des Wampas que la salle entrera en fusion pour un concert comme d'habitude, complètement dingue. Devant moi un type bouscule une punk qui sort un cran et n'arrêtera pas de le planter dans la scène pendant tout le concert (?).
